What is revvvd return policy?

Return Policy

Customers may inspect the product upon delivery. If any damage or visible defect is found, a return or replacement can be requested immediately at the time of delivery.

Returned products may take up to one week to arrive at our warehouse, depending on the customer's location. Once received, please allow up to 2 business days for return processing.
After processing, refunds may take 3 to 7 business days to reflect on your credit card or Revvvd account (in the case of Cash on Delivery payments).
Refunds are issued based on the condition of the returned product.

Return Conditions

• Custom-made furniture is non-returnable.

• Home décor items can only be returned if unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

• Bedding and textiles cannot be returned once opened.

• Products that have been used, modified, or installed are not eligible for return unless they are defective.

• Returned items must be in original condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Fees for Non-Defective Items

If the return is requested for reasons unrelated to a defect or mismatch with the description:

• A return shipping fee of EGP 550 will be applied.

• If the original order qualified for free shipping, an additional EGP 550 will be deducted upon return.

Important Note:
Returns are free at the time of delivery only if a manufacturing defect or mismatch is found.
If a return is requested after delivery—even within 14 days—return fees will apply.

Warranty

All products come with a 1-year warranty, excluding:

• Glass and mirrors

• Damage caused by customer misuse

Shipping Policy

Once your order is placed, we will contact you via email, WhatsApp, or phone within 3 business days to confirm the final shipping cost.

You will be informed of any additional shipping charges or applicable refunds before we begin order processing.

Delivery time is estimated between 15 to 20 business days.

International shipping is available only with prior customer approval and full payment of final shipping fees.

Deliveries to the third floor and above are subject to a shipping fees based on the item’s size, weight, and floor level, even during free shipping offers. Customers will be notified in advance.
